Hugos
In addition to specific authors, I'm trying to find signed / first edition Hugo nominated books.
As part of my 'read all the Hugo Nominees Project', I'm buying them as I read them (assuming I can find them).
This project has taught me a bunch about book imprint markings, and how to tell what printing / edition something is by looking at the inside cover. It also taught me that the book publishing world is a complicated mess...
So far, the neatest has been a no-shit first edition, first printing of The Sword and the Stone from 1939!
It's still in amazing shape, and is totally readable. Not signed, unfortunately :(
