Retro Hugos

The Hugos came into existence as part of the World Science Fiction Society in 1953.
The 'Retrospective Hugo Awards' were given, starting in 1996, for works published between 1939-1954, in which no Hugos were awarded (as the World Science Fiction Convention wasn't held in every year).
